Whether you heard about us from a friend or found us online, please give us a call to discuss your project.  We will gather some basic information and answer any questions you may have about us.

Design Consultation

After our initial conversation, the next step will be a visit to the shop and showroom for a design consultation, which typically lasts 90 minutes.    You will have the opportunity to pick from hundreds of wood, door, and counter samples.  After you have made some preliminary selections, we will provide you with an estimate.  If pricing is agreeable, we will schedule an appointment to come out to measure your space.  The onsite visit lasts about 30 minutes and is intended to provide us with enough information to create an accurate computer rendering for your project.  The cost of this service is $75, due upon measurement, which will be credited towards your purchase.  It takes about a week to put together a first draft design.  After we have a working model, we will contact you to schedule another appointment at the showroom to review the design.  We will take you on a virtual walkthrough of your project and give you a more accurate estimate based on the site measurements.  If you choose to take the design home with you, we charge a fee of between $500 and $2,000, which is also credited towards your purchase should you decide to work with us.  We will provide you with layouts, elevations, 3D models, and all the necessary samples.  The design fee will also covers two revisions so we can work provide you with a finished design.

Proposal & Ordering

Once you are satisfied with the designs, we will provide you with a comprehensive proposal and schedule.  For a typical new kitchen, it takes approximately 5-6 weeks from your final signature to the arrival of your new cabinetry.  For custom projects the lead time might be more or less depending on the scope of the project and our current shop schedule.

Installation

Once your cabinets are ready, we will work with you to schedule a convenient time for installation.  We personally install every cabinet we sell ourselves (unless the homeowner or builder chooses to undertake the installation themselves) to ensure the job is done right.
